Memorial Tree Angel Ornaments

The holiday season always brings to mind memories of loved ones who are dearly missed all year long, but even more so at this time of year. The Skagit Hospice Foundation invites you to acknowledge and pay tribute to the memory of these special family members and friends while supporting hospice services and programs for terminally ill people in our community.
For a tax-deductible gift the foundation will hang a beautiful angel ornament bearing the name of your loved one one the Holiday Memorial Tree located at Cascade Mall in Burlington. The tree will be setup November 19 and stand until January 5, 2009.

To order an angel ornament and have it placed on the tree, print out the form below and return it with your check or credit card information to the Skagit Hospice Foundation address listed on the form. You may also call the foundation office at 360-814-5702.

Picking Up Your Memorial Ornament
|
|
Ornaments are available for pickup at the Mountain Glen Retirement
Center located at 1810 East Division Street in Mount Vernon between 10:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. from January 8th through 16th.

Skagit Hospice Grief Support Services
If you or someone you know has experienced the death of a loved one
we invite you to participate in any of our Grief Support gatherings.
Your loved one DOES NOT have to have been a
Hospice patient for you to attend.
All gatherings are free of charge and open to the public.

Meets the 2nd and 4th Mondays from 12:00 p.m. - 1:30 p.m.
at Westminster Presbyterian Church, 1300 9th Street
Mount Vernon
Meets the first and third Tuesdays of each month from 12:30 - 2:00 p.m.
in the Skagit Hospice Office, 819 South 13th Street.
Sedro-Woolley
Meets the second and fourth Thursdays of each month from 5:30-7:00 p.m.
at The Landing,2136 Highway 20 (near United General Hospital).
